General Questions

Can I place an order by phone?

No. All orders must be placed through our website. Ordering is easy and only takes a few steps to complete. Please order with confidence knowing that our online transactions incorporate the latest security measures and that any personal information you enter is strictly confidential and is NEVER shared with anyone.

Is your credit card processing secure?
Our shopping cart is protected by the latest fully encrypted SSL security and our credit card transactions are protected by Shopify's own secure payment gateway used by thousands of online Shopify stores. Shopify payments is one of the nation’s leading online credit card gateways. If you pay with PayPal, your charge will go through their secure system. All payment gateways are PCI DSS certified to assure full compliance of all credit card security protocols.

I need to change my order.
If your order has not yet shipped; you can cancel it and put in a new order. If your original order has already shipped, you may place a new order and return your original order for a full refund. Once an order is placed and shipped, it can’t be changed. Send us a support request. Please include your order # and we will cancel your order and refund your credit card within 3 business days.

Where is my order # located?
Your order number is included in the email receipt sent to you after you made your purchase through 30minuteSeder.com. Please include it in your email when discussing anything related to your order.

Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?
Quantity discounts start at 48 items. Make a support ticket telling us what you’d like to order and we’ll email you a quote.

Do you offer discounts or offer books to non-profit organizations?
We assist many charitable organizations in this way on a case by case basis. Please contact our publisher at sales@30minuteseder.com to see if your organization qualifies.

You say your Haggadah is Rabbinically approved…by whom?
Rabbi Bonnie Koppell. The first female rabbi to serve in the US military, serving as a Colonel with the United States Army.

Where can I buy your products locally?
Over 100 synagogue gift shops and independent Judaica stores nationwide carry our products. Barnes & Noble sells them in many of their stores as well. However, since we can’t guarantee that these stores have any left, it’s safer to order directly from us since we have a much larger inventory.

How soon will my order ship?
Ground shipping orders ship next business day.
Expedited shipping orders received by 1pm EST M-F are shipped same business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.

What are my shipping options?

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. You can view the cost of shipping before you actually purchase.

How do I get a tracking # for my order?

30minute-Seder Haggadah Download Questions

Please understand that due to the many variations of operating systems, browsers and versions of software used, we cannot ensure a 100% success rate. If you have experience downloading PDF’s then you should have no problem.

 

We have found that many downloading errors are solved simply by re-booting your computer or trying again at a later time.

How do I download?
SImply click on the blue download button provided in your email receipt. This will take you to a page that lists the download or downloads you purchased. When you are ready to print, select the download you want. (You can go back and choose a different one at any time). Enter your password when prompted and the pages will open and you can begin printing just like any other .PDF file.

I can’t find my email receipt?
Check your junk or spam email folder or do a search for the from address: 30 Minute Seder

Where do I enter my password?
Once your file has finished downloading and you choose which version you want to print (Print & Staple or Large-Print) A pop-up screen will appear asking you to type your password. (see below) Do not cut & paste. Make sure your CAPS LOCK is off and the entire password is there with no extra spaces before or after it.

I don’t see any pop-up window asking for my password?
It may be behind your browser window or another open application. Try moving your browser window or closing other open applications to locate.

I can’t get the product to download and I’m only getting a grey screen.
Send us a support request and we’ll provide it in another format that will work for you sent to the email address you provide.

I closed my screen. How can I get back to my download?
Simply locate your order receipt in your email and re-download your product by clicking on the blue download button.

How many sheets of paper does it take to print?
That depends upon which version you would like to print…(all versions contain the same content)
Single-Side print and staple version: 16 pages
Large type version: 32 pages

How many copies am I allowed to print off the download file?
Print as many as you like as long as it’s for your own use. Having a Seder? Print a Haggadah for each guest. Using it in the classroom? Print as many as you need for assignments and handouts. Have friends who want one? Tell the shnorrers to go buy their own!

Can I have a print shop like Kinko’s or Staples print this for me?

Unfortunately, due to recent file printing restrictions imposed by commercial printers, our encrypted downloads can not be printed this way. We no longer offer support for those that wish to print commercially. It just doesn’t work. We encourage you instead to print the book at home or on your office printers. Of course you can always order actual books.

Is the download version in color or black and white?
There are 2 different download versions available. They are both designed to be printed in color, black and white, or both.

What happens if my download is interrupted, will I lose my file?
No, simply click on your email receipt link again to restart your download.

If I buy the download version, can I get it right away?
Yes, as soon as your order is processed online, an email receipt will be sent to you containing a button/link to start your download whenever you choose.

Will I be able to make changes to the download once I buy it?
No…the download version comes as a locked pdf. However, you are able to customize the front cover of the 30minute-Seder with your family name, etc.

I purchased a download from you in the past, but can’t find it. Can I get a replacement?
If you still have the original email receipt you can probably re-download your file from the link that appears on it. If you no longer have that receipt, send us a support request. and we’ll send you a new one. Make sure you include what product you purchased. If you can supply us with your original order #, that will be helpful.

Can I print on a different printer/ different computer other than the one I purchased on?
No problem. Just treat the download link like you would any other link. You can write the url down and enter on a different computer or forward the email receipt to another computer and use it from there.

I’ve watched your videos, re-booted my computer, and tried everything else I can think of. I still can’t get anything to download! Can you email me the files instead?
Yes, we can do that. send us a support request. Please include your order # and a request for the pdf files. We’ll send them to you in a zipped file.They are too big to send any other way.

I’m unable to open the pdf; it says the file has been corrupted.

How long does it take to receive the email receipt with the download link?
It should arrive within minutes of placing your order. It will come to the email address you provided at the time of order. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see the receipt it could be that you entered your email address incorrectly. If that could be the case please Send us a support request.

I’m having problems downloading/opening the files on my MAC.
Install the latest version of Adobe Reader for MAC and make it the default .pdf reader.
Get it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions Reboot your computer after the installation.

Most of the time when Mac users experience problems with our downloads, it’s because MAC has “Preview” set as the default .pdf reader instead of Adobe Reader. 
How to set Adobe Reader as your default .pdf reader on a MAC:
1. Find any .pdf file on your computer and select it (mouse over and click once). DO NOT OPEN IT.
2. Open the Get info panel by going to File>Get Info (located in the top left corner of your screen).
3. In the Get Info panel, click on the arrow marked ‘Open With’.

I tried everything you suggested and am still having trouble downloading.
No problem. Send us a support request and let us know.  We’ll email the download to you as PDF’s to the address that you provide.
